Our TEAM is really what makes the difference for Partners Real Estate Fund. Student interns work through the investment process in small teams on individual projects and then present their recommendations to the investment committee. Members of both the investment committee and advisory board mentor students regularly and help guide Partners Real Estate Fund through the investment process.
Student Interns
Student interns find properties, screen deals, perform due diligence, underwrite projects, prepare informative slide decks, present to the investment committee, coordinate with the advisory board, build models, design templates, and everything else associated with running the fund. The student-run description of PREF is well deserved. Interns gain valuable experience that helps them hit the ground running in their careers upon graduation. The fund was started with students in mind and they are the driving force behind everything we do.
